SHE IS THE WORST STATE FARM AGENT I WENT TO... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GO TO HER. I GOT THE QUOTE FROM ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE 24/7 BUT COUPLES WEEKS AFTER SHE CALLED ME AND SAID YOUR QUOTE WAS MIS CALCULATED. SO SHE RAISED MY PREMIUM. I HAD NO ACCIDENTS NO DUI NO VIOLATIONS. SHE HAS A LOT OF ATTITUDE. WORST LADY EVER SEEN. WHEN I GOT THE QUOTE OVER PHONE 27/7 LINE I PAID MY FULL PREMIUM FOR 6 MONTHS. BUT THEN AFTER COUPLE WEEKS SHE RAISED MY PREMIUM. I HAVE EXCELLENT DRIVING HISTORY. SHE IS WORST WORST WORST AGENT I HAVE EVER SEEN. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM HER OFFICE. 04/06/2016 6:56 pm, john bravo
